Ethan Lutz’s Equestrian Excellence

We congratulate one of our Grade 8 pupils, Ethan Lutz, for representing Gauteng at at the South African National Schools Equestrian (SANESA) core league national championships at the end of September 2022. Ethan competed in the categories of showjumping (accumulator and competition), performance riding and handy hunter. Riding on his gelding, Troytown Feruccio (Troy), Ethan excelled and won the rider/horse/school combination.

Ethan and Troy have won a number of awards at Gauteng Central competitions this year, as well as the Hollard Equipage Sportsman of the Year award. They also received silver Victor Ludorum for Junior High School and holds full colours for 5 disciplines in the sport.

We are incredibly proud of this young Marist man and are excited to see what the future holds for this talented gentleman!
