Protea Colours Awards

In assembly on the morning of Friday 14 October, four new National Protea Colours blazers were awarded. The following gentleman donned their green blazers for the first time in front of their cheering peers: 

• Luke Salmon (Canoeing)
• Nicholas Erwee (Canoeing)
• Michael Jervis (Track Cycling)
• Charles Dewar (Polo)

These students were able to juggle an already tightly-packed academic, cultural, and sporting schedule as high school students, and achieved at an extremely high standard in their chosen sporting code, exemplifying discipline, a love of work, and dedication. 

The awarding of these for blazers, brings us to 7 students who have earned their Protea Colours in 2022 - along with Tristan Grimmet for Water Polo, Ryan Zasas for Swimming and Katlego Mokgosi for Debating.
